Requirement :
They had Power plant located at PAN indian location were internet was not available in remote areas they were unable to track their inventory which was a huge cost to them, Good used to arrive at the location but management are unaware of the actual arrival.
Astral Solution :
We provided an integrated solutions were their operational process were streamline, Approval were in the hand of the management, the system was developed implemented in all 15 locations PAN India.
Challenges :
Internet was a constraint at Specific location, we developed 2 system which used to work offline, as well as online when internet would arrived data would synchronise with the Head office, so without Internet Site activités were functional.
Results :
They are now able to track inventory at different locations, all the track record of Stock arrival, stock issue are getting recorded in the system site wise, this lead to efficiency and client could actually track Usage of Fuel Vehicle wise, Actual Material/Stock is lying at which location, Complete control had arrived of the site in the hand of management.
